Stop future renewals

For an active automatic Payfast subscription, use “Cancel automatic renewal” in Plan & payments and complete the confirmation. Check that cancellation is confirmed. You can also request help at vertexdynamicafrica@gmail.com. If the provider has not confirmed cancellation, contact us before the next renewal.

Keep the time you paid for

After cancellation, confirmed access continues until the current paid period ends. Cancellation stops future automatic payments; it does not retrospectively refund a paid period. The pilot is a one-time payment and does not automatically become a monthly subscription.

Manual payments and data

If you pay manually by EFT or a one-time checkout, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. Operational access ends according to the paid period and applicable grace policy. Ending a subscription does not itself delete business records; contact us about export or deletion. Record handling is explained in the privacy policy. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
