Who provides Vertex
Vertex Ops is provided by Vuyo Bala, a sole proprietor trading as Vertex Dynamic Africa, South Africa. The trading name is not a separately registered company. Contact details appear below.
The service
We provide hosted business operations software for reporting, tasks, evidence, operational history and recovery review. Access is subject to your workspace plan and user permissions. You need an internet connection and a compatible browser. AI-assisted answers and operational summaries may be incomplete or incorrect; check source records and use appropriate human supervision. Vertex does not guarantee a particular production, safety or financial outcome.
Prices and purchase
The first pilot costs R6,000 for 30 days including supported onboarding. Continuing access costs R14,900 per calendar month for one business workspace and all its sites. Prices are in ZAR. We are not VAT-registered. Review the amount and payment terms before confirming an order. A pending payment, proof-of-payment document or browser return from checkout does not activate access; payment must be verified.
Access and renewal
Paid access begins when payment is confirmed, or after an existing paid period. Automatic monthly billing applies only when expressly selected. Monthly renewals have a seven-day grace period after expiry unless renewal has been cancelled. After access ends, operational functions are restricted and billing remains available. Cancellation does not itself delete records.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account details, protect login credentials and grant access only to authorised people. Only upload data you are entitled to process. Do not use Vertex unlawfully, attempt to access another customer's records, upload malicious content or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks.
Support and changes
Contact us for support, service problems and onboarding arrangements. Maintenance or outages may interrupt availability; no uninterrupted-service guarantee is offered. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal; it will not change an already purchased period.
Refunds and customer rights
The first pilot is fully refundable when requested within seven days of its first payment. See the refund and cancellation policies for the process. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. South African law applies.
