Digital delivery policy

Online software, no shipping

Vertex is delivered as access to our hosted online software. We do not ship a physical product with the pilot or subscription. Location labels can be printed by the customer from the software.

Activation

An existing customer workspace unlocks after a payment has been verified. Online activation depends on receipt and verification of the payment provider's notification. EFT payments are manually reconciled against cleared funds. Sending proof of payment or returning from a checkout page is not confirmation of delivery.

New customer setup

New account setup and onboarding are currently assisted. Contact us before purchasing to arrange your business account and an onboarding appointment. Supported onboarding is included in the pilot. No fixed onboarding appointment is implied until agreed with you.

If you cannot access the service

Refresh Plan & payments to check confirmation. If you have paid and cannot access your workspace, contact us with your reference; do not pay again just to resolve an access problem. We will investigate delivery or payment issues and arrange the appropriate remedy.
